William joined the Chamber of Shipping as a policy advisor and analyst in August 2022 and covers matters concerning the Offshore Panel, the British Tugowners Association (BTA) and the British Rig Owners Association (BROA).

William graduated from Aston University studying Business and International Relations. He has previously worked in a variety of research related roles covering product development and marketing campaign analysis to legal research and review in areas such as intellectual property, real estate and shipping.
