When you order via our website or via telephone and pay by credit card, we will process your order as quickly as possible and keep you informed of progress. Purchases of documentation, either hard-copy or electronically delivered, are in general non-refundable or replaceable unless damaged or do not match our description of the item. Should you wish to return a product for refund for these reasons, please contact us as noted above. Refunds will be processed back to the orginal payment method on receipt of the returned item.
